Which course fits you
The three levels are separated by what you are accountable for rather than by seniority. If you serve customers directly, the officer course is the one. If your job is to make service better rather than only to deliver it, the professional course. If other people deliver the service and you answer for it, the manager course.
The levels build on each other in content, and each certification states its own entry requirements on its page.
